Facts speak out loud to citizens when their lives are  affected by Politicians and their actor actions are looking for votes.

Uncle Tom Obama had three chances to nominate a qualified Black person to the Supreme Court.

    His first haphazard  swing for a  fair and equal justice was  quickly squandered with a  White woman Nominee.  
 
   His next  swing and miss  at nominee  for Supreme Court  Justice gave us  another White woman,  a Latina, not by chance, only by calculated choice,  certainly  not panning  out the votes as planned.  
 
 Uncle Tom Obama struck out big time  with his third SCOTUS  nominee when it counted the most,  with 2016 elections looming and  their  results dooming  his legacy.  
   
 Democrats would not have been annihilated from sea to shining sea in elections 2016 if Ketanji  Brown Jackson had been the Supreme Court Nominee, regardless if the GOP had refused to vote on her.  

  Democrats would have received more support from women, likely not for Dunce Queen HRC, but certainly not as many seats across the board would have been lost.  
 

 If MAGA  President Trump nominates Ketanji Brown Jackson or another Black woman with his next chance for
 SCOTUS nominee will TDS sufferers cry  foul ball?
