Punxsutawney Phil came out of his groundhog's whole today. Not only did he not see his shadow he did not see a reduction in his health insurance, a reduction on his taxes and he saw that his 2nd amendment rights were trying to be taken away. Thus he knew that there was 4 more years of Obama.

for the next 4 years. It's called Kama; pay back for voting for Bush.

Since "groundhogs" don't have health insurance or pay taxes, it would be hard to have a reduction!
Also the Constitution has never covered groundhogs!
