If you'd been following this case you'd know Stormy's allegations about the details of the tryst were revealed quite some time ago.

In earlier recounts, she told interviewers it was a very consensual encounter and that she was an eager participant. On the stand, she testified she was scared and implied it wasn’t really a consensual encounter. She committed perjury and her testimony should be thrown out on appeal.

A few key points to discuss:

(1) Whether or not there was an actual Trump - Stormy encounter was not even relevant to this case.  It was introduced by Blanche in his opening statement, otherwise the Prosecution probably would not have called Stormy AT ALL. Whether, in Stormy's opinion, the encounter was enthusiastically consensual, nervously consensual, reluctantly consensual or some other form consensual is irrelevant to this case. Whether there was a condom or no condom, penetration by 1" or by 5", cream pie, coitus interruptus, or no pop shot at all is irrelevant to this case.  The relevant issue was that Trump and others conspired to suppress a STORY about Trump having sex with a pornstar at Lake Tahoe in 2006 while his wife and infant son were back in NY.

(2) Stormy's accounts in public and UNDER OATH may appear to differ to some (e.g., cks). To others, it's a matter of degree brought out under intense questioning. Consensual: enthusiastic? nervous? reluctant? sickening? other? ... they are all some form of "consensual." Stormy NEVER raised any allegation of coercion.

(3) TRUMP'S PUBLIC ACCOUNTS ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE, but mostly hover around a complete denial that the meeting in his hotel room ever took place at all. Every day or several times per day Trump is sure to say some form of 'It was a fake meeting. It never took place. I took a picture on the golf course, that's all.' His warped thinking seems to be, "If there was no meeting how can there be falsified business records???"

TRUMP, the coward, HAS NEVER TESTIFIED **UNDER OATH** THAT THE MEETING NEVER TOOK PLACE. Of course, there are text messages and emails and statements that fully support Stormy's story. I have never seen any statement from Trump's body guard, Keith Schiller, in public OR under oath, regarding Stormy's explanation that he was the go-between for Trump (and she had Schiller's phone number in her Contacts list as "Keith Trump" so she know he was Keith [Schiller,] Trump['s body guard.] Trump could have called Schiller as a witness for the defense but did not do so. (Probably because Schiller, UNDER OATH, would have had to corroborate Stormy's story, NOT Trump's denial.)

Trump has denied every other allegation of infidelity and unwanted sexual behavior made by many other women. Trump has DENIED his relationship with McDougal. Trump has denied fondling a women sitting next to him in first class on some jet flight. Trump has denied knowing Jean Carroll and claimed that she was not his type, despite confusing her with his own wife Marla Maples. And several others. ... He has not yet denied walking into the dressing rooms of his beauty pageants in order to ogle the nekkid women and teen girls. He BRAGGED about it, on tape, on the Howard Stern show and in other forums. What will he say now (2024)? "Fake news! Not my voice! AI!" Of course, numerous pageant contestants have already told their stories about the creepy old man who came into the dressing rooms while they were changing their clothes.

My word count: ~90. Since no one will actually look up the docs, I include ~250 of Blanche's words from his Opening Statement.  The Trump - Stormy tryst was irrelevant to the charges, as filed. HOWEVER, in his Opening Statement, Blanche told the jury:

Page 906: "... What I mean by that is, I expect you will learn that Ms. Daniels doesn't have any idea. She doesn't know anything about the charged 34 counts in this case . She has no idea what Michael Cohen wrote on the invoice. She has no idea how it was booked at Trump Tower. And she has no idea about the checks that are also charged in this indictment. So , her testimony, while salacious, does not matter. ..."

Upon Blanche claiming, as Trump's mouthpiece, that Stormy is lying about an encounter with Trump, the Prosecution felt that they had to let her testify. Stormy KILLED IT on the cross, making Necheles look like an idiot.

So, you see, in 2018, the WSJ learned about the payments. Remember Trump's own FEDERAL DISCLOSURE FORMS that referred to a large reimbursement to Cohen? Do you think the WSJ was looking into things? YES, THEY WERE and they found sources, including sources at other news outlets. After the story came out in in the WSJ in 2018 [which is AFTER the election and when Trump was already POTUS], do you remember when Trump was interviewed on Air Force One? "Did you know about the payments to Stormy?" "No, I didn't. You'll have to ask my atty (Cohen) about that." And Giuliani (or was it Tacopina?) soon claimed that Trump had to lie to the reporters because of the NDA. Bizzarro World!!! It was Trump's own NDA with Stormy that bound HER, NOT HIM.
