“U. S. SUPREME COURT AWAITS RESPONSE TO
BERG’S WRIT OF CERTIORARI
FROM OBAMA, DNC and Co-DEFENDANTS

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 11/07/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States filed a Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court on October 30, 2008, requesting review of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Judge Surrick’s Dismissal of Philip J. Berg’s lawsuit against Barack H. Obama, Jr., the DNC and the other co-Defendants. Accordingly, the U. S. Supreme Court has set dates in which Barack Obama, the DNC and all co-Defendants are to respond to the Writ, which is on or before December 1, 2008.

Mr. Berg remarked today, “I look forward to receiving Defendant Obama’s response to the Writ and am hopeful the U. S. Supreme Court will review Berg v. Obama. I believe Mr. Obama is not a constitutionally-qualified natural-born citizen and is ineligible to assume the office of President of the United States.”

Mr. Berg’s case, Berg vs. Obama was dismissed from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Docket # 08-cv-4083 for lack of standing. Mr. Berg filed a Writ of Certiorari for review of the case and an injunction to stay the election pending review. Justice Souter denied the injunction. It is expected that the Court will decide whether or not to review Berg v. Obama after the Defendants file their response, and Mr. Berg has replied to the Defendant’s response.

The Defendants’ response is due by December 1st and Mr. Berg’s reply will be submitted thereafter.

Since most of us have seen the real Birth certificate from Hawaii either Berg is stupid or clamoring for attention..

  ...and by the way, why hasn't Berg said anything  about Reid and Pelosi coming from another planet, and shape shifting into human form..

The courts have done nothing for Berg!  And after the election, do you really expect the Supremes to create a Constitutional crisis on this???  Most of them had a hand in the 2000 election, do you really expect that they would tell America that the man who was elected both the popular, and electoral, no disputes this time, that they were wrong on a technicality?!?

If this was a REAL issue don't you think McCain (a senator I once voted for, and my conservative friends dismissed as a RINO) and company would have raised the issue!  The pitbull with lipstick has suggested that Obama is a friend of terrorists, not a "real" America, and is the the Anti-Christ (Ok, Sarah Palin never said that, but you know that is what she believes).  But has she ever suggested that he is isn't qualified based on citizenship!!!

Yes, I am a liberal, and yes I have supported a few GOP candidates in my time.

I'm proud to say that I voted for John McCain 4 years ago, even if my conservative friends dismissed as a RINO!

This is all just worthless to debate, the people manipulating the governement today could give a damn about little details like Obama's citizenship, where he was born.

But it is odd that Obama and his lawyers had the Gov. of Hawaii seal his records. If he had nothing to hide then why in the hell did he do that?? It could silence alot of critics if he opened up the records, no doubt he has something to hide.

The only way you could get a campaign to send the traitors you listed to the gallows is the support of the masses. Who controls the thinking of the masses? The mass media. Currently this entity, the most powerful entity of mass control that has ever existed, is in the hands of people who aren't even Americans but a people loyal to their own only. They would never advocate a genuine American movement that would be the movement to have trials and executions of the traitors. Not that they don't have the power to bring on a revolution as they did just this in the 60's and 70's in this country.

Chaos is the only conclusion to an America which has ventured so far from its founders ideals. It will go the way of Rome,Greece, and Egypt. I hate to say it but true patriots have to steel themselves to the reality that the United States is dead. And I say let the aliens and traitors have it, they have transformed into something I and other true patriots don't even want a part of.

We need to focus on building a new nation that is based on the ideals of the founders but also has safeguards in place that take in to account realities that the founders didn't even need to consider because certain facts and ideas were just common sense. Our Constitution has been perverted by our enemies as these facts about who were to be excluded from the nation, who were to be considered citizens and who weren't, were just not written down explicitly because people had common sense about certain issues back then that have now been made taboo.

We just may have seen the last of free elections in our country. It ain't going to be our country as we knew it.  Obama the DICTATOR!!!  Think of Germany in the 1930's!!!!!  What German could have imagined Auschwitz, Dachau or any of the other death camps where 6 million Jews were butchered!  Or the firebombing of Hamburg and Dresden where 100's of thousands of German men, women and children were killed in one night.  The Germans would have stopped Adolf Hitler if they had a crystal ball and could see into the future.

Why exucute anyone in the population when the greater majority adores the current rulers? Why show any outright tyranny when those who oppose you have no voice because any genuinely patriotic voice cannot utilize the enemies tools of destuction and manipulation, the mass media. They can't outvote the rabble, they are outnumbered.

The patriotic element would hope that the current regime would show their true colors. They have taken control through stealth and will continue to reign by the same tactic.

The majority of modern Americans are happy with being slaves, why the hell provoke or awake them when they are in a deep slumber. Why give them a reason or excuse to fight??

The time for fighting was back in the 60's and 70's. That is when this alien led plague could have been put down. The population was too confused, too polite, too cowardly, to stand up in an appropriate way. America is dead, let it go. It is theirs now. Let us create a new nation and never repeat the same mistakes again.

Oh and just a quick point, the Commies rule now and have ruled for 4 to 5 decades. Who were the Germans opposing in Europe, I believe it was the Communists.
