By blocking a Covid-19 bill that would send immediate help out to average Americans.  Dems are holding out for 6 times as much so they can bail out poorly run blue states and help them rebuild their cities that are being burned to the ground by Dem rioters.

They know McConnell's bill was chump change and a political stunt meant to fool them into thinking the Republicans actually wanted it to pass.
Also, the Dem bill doesn't do what you say it does. It provides funds to cities so they won't have to lay off cops, firemen, emergency workers and teachers.
