It still doesn't say "Iraq was behind 9/11 or responsible for it." That example is certainly one of the best examples that led people who were not paying attention to think or imply that Iraq was somehow involved. You did come up with something close. And it should have been more strongly refuted in 2004 and 2005 when it was discovered to be most likely false.
But is 2002 that "inteligence came directly from the Prague government. It's now considered that the meeting with Iraqi official al-Ani was "made up" by Prague officials, probably at Bush's request, right?
