...legalize cockfighting.  Later he claimed he didn't know it was going to be a cockfighing rally but defended his appearance on First Amendment freedom of assembly grounds.

Next week Bevin is scheduled to attend a rally in support of the legalization of lynching negroes.

...seat went to Democrat Allison Lundergan Grimes, the Secretary of State who's basically riding the coattails of her father, a political bigwig in KY.

If a crazy Tea Bagger beats The Turtle in the primary, the GOP will one again shoot itself in the foot.  If a weakened McConnell loses to Ludergan Grimes, the GOP will lose their Senate leader just like the Dems did when Tom Daschle lost in 2004.

He is a long shot to win, and the far right wing that is the so called "Tea Party" does not support laws against animal cruelty.

I don't support animal cruelty. Although enforcing laws against animal cruelty are a waste of time.

Do you believe an animal feels vindicated when it's abuser is brought to justice?

I don't have any  problem with different cultures  eating dogs, cats , horses , carp etc .
I do have a problem with anyone torturing animals with extracurricular pain and  slow death .
I would wager Michael Vick now cares about animal cruelty laws , since his  animal cruelty ignorance cost him a hundred million dollars .
I would also wager the dogs that survived to find new owners feel better than they did when they were forced to help Vick "feel" tough  .

I've never seen a pitbull attend a political rally/protest.

I find it funny that liberals will call a man who looks like a turtle, a turtle. Then in the same thread call his party, a party who does not support animal right's "law".

When did the animals gain representation?

Since when has anyone thought of Pimpathy as a "decent" person???

Aside from that, yes I agree with your post. I don't value the life of a dog over the life of lets say a pig, but torturing animals simply for amusement is a crime for good reason, I never felt the slightest sympathy for Michael Vick, he got what he deserved. I do have to admit, putting Vick and Pimpathy into a pit and forcing them to fight to the death might be rather entertaining. As a betting man I am giving 8-1 odds on Vick.

Not to mention that he is in NFL shape. So yeah, that would probably be a pretty good bet on your part. You have this wonderful grasp of the obvious, don't you?

and sight unseen, I am still offering 8-1 odds on Vick against you, or we could put your lame ass in the pit with one of his pit bulls and I can up the odds to a thousand to one.

I'll give you one thing: you have an amazing ability to get people who never agree with each other to agree that you're a complete fool.  You may just give annoyingfungus a run for the SPOTY.

Did you attend the same ESL course as af?  Sheesh! I'm sure the logic is twisted but your language is so tortured it's hard to be sure.

If you were a pro, you'd be better at it.
As for your line about "IMO animal right's laws are ineffective," tell us about all the research you've done that leads you to this conclusion.  And why it would be an improvement if there were no such laws, as opposed to simply having them better enforced.  Actually, no, don't.
Oh, God!  Now I've done it!  Talking to you as if you had a functioning brain.

Why would an animal abuser, have any regard for the law?
