In fact, the judge in that case is hauling Trump's ass into court by proxy next Thursday to inform the Court whether further court proceedings are needed after the Supreme Court ruled that Trump cannot block prosecutors from getting his tax records from his accountant. IOW, the judge is telling Trump and his accountants to put up (a legal argument) or shut up and hand over his tax records.
