I keep waiting for "moderate Islam" to rise up and take back their religion, but sadly there really is no moderate Islam, or it exists in such small numbers it doesn't matter at all.

2nd point-Then you go on a rant about PC. In my experience intolerant people object to the views of others, that don't agree with their own, and have little or no tolerance to listen. This is true whether they are from the left or right.

3rd point-Perhaps this has to with PC. I haven't been following the whole issue regarding transgenders, and which public rest rooms they should vs. want to use. But firstly, I've got great compassion for them, given the living hell many of them have had to live through. But secondly, it's my belief that if you've got a dick you use the men's bathroom, and if you don't, you use the women's. And, if you have children, you always, always accompany them when they need to use a public restroom.

Oops! I almost forgot my 4th point. The article you linked was garbage. Most, if not all of the references were over 16 years old, it was poorly written, and their was no real science in it, directly discussed. So much more has been learned about the human brain, and neurological development.

  I have a strong suspicion my favorite baker has something in the closet he's hiding, or he wouldn't have brought up his thoughts  about Homosexuals around me and he likely wouldn't be a Hillary supporter .
   
   I asked the baker why does it matter to him what the homosexual community does behind closed doors if they aren't forcing him to participate.  
  He replied as an American he has a right to disagree with anything he doesn't respect or enjoy  as long as he isn't infringing on someone's rights.  
 
   Being the curious guy I am I felt compelled to ask,  how does he react, what does he do when a couple of dudes, a homosexual couple, enter  his bakery and order one of his cakes for their wedding reception.  
  He replied he's a businessman making a living baking cakes and pastries, he would be foolish to not treat all customers with respect in their presence, or turn down profits, no matter how he feels about their private lifestyle.

The happiness we have the right to pursue does not include the right to attain. I have the right to want a car and to work for the money to buy one and have the privilege of owning it. I have to test and qualify for a license to have the privilege of driving it.

Just because I need to go to the bathroom does not mean that society must provide me with facilities to do so. If some one knocks on my door and says he has to go to the bathroom, I'm not obligated to allow him in to relieve himself in mine. Because I'm an exceptionally kind person I probably would, but I am under no obligation to do so.

Bathrooms should not be under government control. And regarding access to them as a privilege rather than a right is healthy.

I asked for a link to "a lot of people on the P.C. left who buy into the concept of the social construction of gender." And, you are correct, I have not "been paying very close attention to what they've been saying on the subject." That's why, I'm asking you for a link, that supports your assertion. I could be wrong, but I'm reminded of the story of the 3 blind men who each touched an elephant in a different place, resulting in each blind man giving a differing and inaccurate description of what an elephant was.

I didn't read anything there where someone espoused a view regarding how social construction theory is involved in someone developing feeling like they are the opposite gender from their physical sexual makeup. Nor did I read anything from a Transsexual, who embraced the social construction theory as the basis of transgender development.

This is the issue I want references for.

And, I'm looking for references to at least a few of all of those P.C. lefties, who support the social construction theory of transgender development you say exist, that are against others making a case against their own
