Are  you sure you can tell just by looking at their disgusting pale skin that they are neither followers of Mohammed nor the descendants of Conquistadores and entitled to the full Powers and Privileges of the Powerless?  I mean look at all the top Diversicrats representing Latinos in the Democrat coalition and the media, they're all whiter than cotton!  And hell, even if you are obviously a mestizo just by looking at you, if your name omits that crucial terminal vowel, you revert to that lowest of the low, the dreaded YT (or, alas poor Zimmerman, the elusive "white Hispanic")
