at the stupidity of the Trump groupies.

First, Trump changes the language in the Party Platform to not rip Russia so much.

Then, Trump says he doesn't give a shit if dictators torture their own people.

And after that, tells our NATO allies to fuck off.

Of course, the low-info groupies don't know that part of Trump's inner-circle actually used to work for Putin.

 Trump = Putin Plant

When she pulled that Neville Rodham Chamberlain stunt with that stupid "reset" button then Russia invades Crimea, tells you the fraud and dope she really is.

What a disastrous record as SecState.

Worst in U.S. history.

Ryan and the House would probably cheer that on. In the end, it's unilateral disarmament, tossing out the weapon of embargo.

how many muslim women will be raped and killed cuz Obama coddles their thug muslim leaders?  shit, he was a founding member of ISIS

you know, the children they crucified, men they burned alive or drowned in a cage

kinda like the Iranian lady who bled out on the streets of Tehran, on camera, while Obama sat back during their "revolution"

how about the human rights of the hundreds of women in Europe sexually assaulted by the muslim animals Obama invited into Europe with his "pink line" in the sand?

spare me your human rights blather - Obama and Hillary don't disregard human rights, they reward the abusers

...over shit that goes on around their borders? What are we gaining besides creating another enemy for ourselves? The whole Middle East is trying to find a way to do to us what we did to them during  Bush/Obama administrations. Wouldn't it be more in our interests to work with Russia in trying to keep those fanatics in check then to piss them off by trying to make Ukraine, which they think in the same way of as we do of Canada, pro-Western? Does it make any difference to us whether Ukraine is pro-Western or pro-Chinese?

We have more interest in China trying to monopolize South China Sea that is essential for our trade. Russians and Chinese traditionally don't care for one another. If we were friends with Russia it would take no effort at all to convince Russia to help us out with the Chinese. Instead, since we put sanctions of them they're helping the Chinese against us. That's so freaking crazy.

It's been close to 20 years and Russia is still trying to somehow manage the collapse of the Soviet Union. Why do we need to be involved in that shit? Do we really care whether Ukraine or Georgia are Western-oriented or not Western oriented? 90% of Russians if not more seem to think that Americans hate their guts as a result of us messing with them in their former territories which I know is total crap.

Main question on Russian language forums nowadays seem to be how long would it take for the US Marines to enter Ottawa with alternative "legitimate democratic" government if Canada were to declare itself Russia-oriented? Some say no more then 2 days while others seem to think it may take up to a week.

Russia and America are natural allies. Two countries have more in common then not and their global interests consistently overlap. Even their histories and demographics are surprisingly alike in many ways. Much more alike then either country has with smaller homogeneous European countries. Obama ruined America's relations with Russia over totally unimportant shit. Since Putin's been in power he hasn't made a single aggressive move against the US. Trump says he'd make good with Putin? I'd say more power to him.

He has nothing to say about HRC taking money from countries who abuse women and stone homosexuals. He also has no issue with Obama using the drone program to kill innocents. And he certainly won't speak about all the human right abuses dished out by Islamists the world over.

You see, his care of people's "human rights" are only applicable if a Republican is the one abusing those rights or benefiting from the abuse.

If a D is doing, he could care fucking less.

Dude I'm no Trump supporter by any means. Righties, lefties whatever - these are all nothing but stupid labels catered to the lowest common denominator.

I just fail to see what's the beef America has with Russia besides lecturing Russians on how to live their lives and how to be governed. It maybe hard for you to absorb but most of the Russians really love Putin and America's antagonism towards their country just makes them love him more. You see Russians never lived as well as they did under Putin, never in their country's history. If you disagree I challenge you to point me to any period in Russian history when they lived better. Don't trust me, look up on the internet.

All this America vs. Russia bull makes absolutely no sense. Like zero. Now Putin vs. Obama issues, that's the whole different matter, kind of like Bush vs. Saddam was simply "don't mess with my la cosa nostra".
Putin embarrassed Obama by helping Obama out of the latter's predicament with chemical weapons in Syria which made Obama look stupid for the whole world to see. And the whole world said: "Oh, this Obama guy really is a lightweight". Big mistake. By boasting about it publicly Putin dug himself even a larger hole. Now that's a valid reason. Obama is not the type of man who likes to be presented to the world as an idiot. Obama is a very decisive guy (bin Laden raid, etc.), extremely focused when he sets his mind on something (his path to presidency) or has an axe to grind against you (the systematic way with which Obama got back at Putin).

Then soon after, Putin made another stupid stupid so fucking stupid of a mistake when he decided to lecture Americans in New York Times with pretty condescending "letter to Americans". I'm surprised that there wasn't anyone around in Kremlin to tell Putin that this was a huge no-no. That pissed Obama and those Americans who noticed it (i.e. the decision makers) even more.

Then came the third strike and that was Putin's anti-gay law which made the whole America's LGBT community vehemently anti-Putin and you know that in democratic party, i.e. the party currently in power, LGBT community is highly influential with many of its representatives serving in very high places and carry a lot of influence. That coupled with Obama's already existing antagonism towards Putin made it all much easier.

Now that's to me are the main reasons why America and Russia can't seem to be able to get along lately. Obama had no problems being friends with Putin's interim president, Medvedev and consequently being friendly with Russia when Medvedev was in charge there. After all both came from the same social circles, both are lawyers from their respective country's top schools, both are very much modern men, both are somewhat idealistic - both spoke basically the same language.
Now Putin is different. Putin is more of a military type of guy, former intelligence officer, more pragmatic, more law and order, in short Putin background is everything that Obama feels apprehensive about.

And Obama is not the guy who can isolate his job from his personal feelings, I mean look at his racial politics ("the beer summit" really like really really comes to mind, and there was much more). Maybe Bubba would've said "yea whatever" but Bubba's been politician forever. Obama before becoming a president have been politician "for a bit". His skin is thin thin thin! Still is.

So you want to know the real reasons why America and Russia can't seem to be able get along  lately. It sure has nothing to do with human rights. It's that their respective leaders can't stand one another and by now I'm sure Putin knows that he fucked up, that he underestimated Obama, that he got under Obama's skin and made the later lash out. And the thing about Obama, Obama blooms when he's being underestimated, especially as events show, when Obama decides that he's gonna get you back. Obama is a very cool customer, especially when he is focused. He is like a mix between a python and a lion who systematically patiently methodically moves towards his victim and when all the pieces are in places strikes and before you know you're enwrapped in his coils.

Putin feels it now and only lately he seem to be able to somehow to begin to loosen those coils up. So no matter who it would be whether it's Hillary or Trump the relationship between Russia and America is gonna get much much better. Trump simply likes Putin and Hillary is too much of a pro, a pro sharpened by her husband's shenanigans and her own scandals to let Putin's little games get to her. Obama came to office as an amateur and he leaves office still in many ways amateur. Not so Hillary.

Sorry for the novel.

backed them into a corner and forced them to give up their nukes. We did though, guarantee their security and we've seen how that's worked out. And we still refuse to give them weapons to defend themselves. Priceless.

How do I know that "most Russians love Putin"... Well, I watch both MSNBC (for the Lefties) and FOX (for the Righties) where both American Righties and Lefties (please don't forget the LEFTIES this time around, you seem to have an unhealthy fetish for the Righties) who visit Russia and even  those who actually live there appear to be constantly musing about how Russians seem to love their Putin.

I also speak Russian, Portuguese and to the lesser extent Spanish and spent enough time on Russian and Portuguese (mostly Brazilian) language forums to have general idea how most people in those countries feel. Sure there are Russians who don't like Putin but everybody who knows anything about Russia knows that they are few.

Now, Russian emigres in America that's a totally different story. They are almost evenly divided between overzealous Putin lovers and overzealous Putin haters but they live here in the United States and not in Russia so most of their opinions could be readily discarded.

Sorry if I sound a bit condescending but I'm having a hard time taking seriously somebody who uses the words like Righties and Lefties to label people in extremist polarizing ways, proves that he doesn't even have a superficial knowledge of the subject that he is talking about and already had a chance to frivolously use the name Hitler

Polish, Ukrainian, and every other country that boarders Russia.  If Russia regains control of these countries, Europe is next and they know it.

If you'd know anything about Russia you'd know that Russia has absolutely no interest in regaining control over Baltic states. You grouping those three in one kind of illustrates my point too.

Latvia and to the lesser degree Estonia have large Russian minorities that constantly complain about their mistreatment there, the problem btw which will soon go away as new generation of Latvian/Estonian Russians would feel more Latvian or Estonia then Russian.
But while those complains still ensue (mostly from older generation) Russia naturally is more sensitive about their treatment then of anything that's going on in Lithuania. Other then that Russians have very little in common with people of Baltic states and they know it and they have no desires reincorporating them into Russia. Moreover on a certain level Russians even still feel guilty about their annexation of Baltic states back in 1939. So as long as Baltic states are not unfriendly to Russia, Russia would be perfectly content with bordering Baltic states.

Ukraine and Belarus of course are a totally different matter. Russia looks at those two in the same way as America looks at Canada. They're ethnically similar, in both countries many if not most of the people still consider Russian their first language. Russian minorities in some parts of both countries constitute the majority.

Predictably what's happening in Ukraine is still an open wound in Russia and should not be looked at in the same way as the Baltics, let alone Europe. Russia is too big as is and has enough problems with its own ethnic minorities to deal with to want to incorporate anymore nationality problems inside their borders if they were to expand farther.

I mean look at what's going on in Ukraine's breakaway provinces that still continue to fight Ukrainian government. The reason they broke away in the first place because they wanted to be part of Russia, and at any point Russia can easily say: "Come on in" the way it did with Crimea.

What's there to stop them? The opinion of NATO countries? Please. But do Russians do it? No. Why? Because there is still a large MINORITY in those provinces that doesn't want to be part of Russia, and Russia doesn't need anymore ethnic problems inside its borders to deal with then it already has. In fact Putin is insisting that those breakaway republics remain part of Ukraine. Naturally not on the terms that Ukrainians want but he still doesn't want them to become part of Russia
