So that was a mistake, not a lie. So if he sounded better today he still sounded like shit last night. More important, he ducked Hannity's questions about when he's been tested. What's he trying to hide?
And tomorrow he's planning to hold a rally at the White House, which is an official Covid hot spot, and I guarantee NO ONE including Trump, will be wearing a mask. Just another super-spreader rally.

I know that Fox offered Biden equal time for some of the segments. Has the Limbaugh network offered the Biden campaign equal time? (What network is Limbaugh on?)

The LAWS and REGULATIONS regarding equal time do not allow the networks to interfere with the counter-programming (beyond FCC and compliance).  If they give 47 minutes of free advertising to Candidate A (or a political group, policy position, etc.) they have to allocate 47 minutes to the opposing position.

How does the FCC, FEC, et al. treat Trump campaign interviews on Fox, Limbaugh, etc.?  Do they require Equal Time? Are the undeclared campaign contributions?

About Trump's 2-hour broadcast on Limbaugh's show:  "Limbaugh billed the interview as “the largest virtual rally in radio history.”" That is NOT news or reporting or anything close to being a non-partisan broadcast.  It was a CAMPAIGN RALLY, paid for by Fox News (or whatever network Limbaugh is on).

The "Equal Time" regulations must surely apply to that.  And must it be declared as a campaign contribution to the FEC?  

Not sure if he owns his own syndication network or is he works  through a syndicator. Interesting question re Equal Time. I don’t see Biden taking Rush up on the offer if it was extended. He’s still ducking a Chris Wallace interview.

I was actually thinking of local station examples. When the Pres or VP of the local TV or radio station goes on the air with an editorial explaining their position on an upcoming election issue, they have to give Equal Time to the opposing position. "... and that's why we support fluoridation of the local water supply and encourage you to vote Yes on question 3." begets "... and that's why we are opposed to fluoridation and encourage you to vote No on question 3."
