If you did you'd have heard Trump admit the following:
He knew Covid was deadly in early February.
He knew it was airborne.
He knew it was worse than the flu, with a morbidity rate FIVE TIMES HIGHER.
But he decided to "downplay it."
So, no, he's not completely responsible for it getting here, any more than the leaders of the countries you mentioned. But he IS responsible for what happened after that because he lied to us and refused to wear a mask.
And did you even bother to check what happened in all those countries you mentioned? Apparently not. Because the ones that followed Trump and didn't take it seriously, like Brazil and Mexico, have been disasters. The others did much better.
Now go find a list of countries with Covid deaths as a percentage of their population. You'll find the US is near the bottom. Because of Trump.
