PS: The sentence was 13 years LESS than the government wanted and consistent with the other sentences given considering that Tarrio was the orchestrator of the most serious part of the attack on Congress. Also, afterwards he took credit for it despite not having been present.
He's guilty as sin. Let him rot.
And cry.

Considering that Pezzola shouted "Trump won!" after her pleading and the sentencing, I think that Ms. Magee was wrong.

...that's a great character witness.  She also testified why Pezzola became a Trumptard who invaded the Capitol:
"He started drinking very heavily and inundated himself with Fox News day and night."

 
Someone who inundates himself with Fox News day and night should seriously consider pleading not guilty by reason of insanity.  It certainly explains the posts of some TER righties.

Does the Judge sign the sentencing documents BEFORE or AFTER he announces his decision? If there's a delay (got to back to the office to have the clerks type things up so papers can be signed) is it possible to recall the defendant with, "I'm sorry. I haven't signed the papers yet and I need a minor clarification before I finalize the sentencing. Did you just shout "Trump won!" on your way out? [Yes.] Thank you. The sentence is now the original 10 years + 3 years supervised release and I am adding another 5 years for arrogant stupidity and lying to this court."

So this may set the bar for trump if convicted. Over under on how many years trump might serve , 25 over under?? I’m taking the over now..

It started out as a peaceful protest and turned into a riot. It was NOT A planned insurrection . If it had of been it would have succeeded and we would have a very different government now WHICH WE DO NOT!  

In fact, what we have is the Dems favorite talking point that you all love to go on about endlessly. Now the difference in prosecution between BLM Antifa riots, and the Capitol Hill riots are obviously different. If you won’t admit that then that’s your political bias and intellectual dishonesty showing through.

And now HAPPY… is on record admitting they he’s fine with lawlessness if it’s his side doing it. 🫣
