Oops, I double checked, even Vlad never ‘said’ it publicly because he is weak!! See our leader is strong and he can say it!!!
You wonder why Trumpanzees love him?

From Twitter:

Can Twitter just color code his tweets? Red for bold-faced lies, orange for violent, blue for not factual, green for completely idiotic, yellow for wild conspiracies, teal for crackhead propaganda....

...when he addressed his department's "crackdown on ... slum hoodlums."  Chief Walter Headley said he was going after “young hoodlums, from 15 to 21, who have taken advantage of the civil rights campaign. ... We don't mind being accused of police brutality...There is only one way to handle looters and arsonists during a riot and that is to shoot them on sight. I've let the word filter down: When the looting starts the shooting starts".

In 1968, George Wallace also said the same thing to his supporters during a campaign event in Pittsburgh:
"When the looting starts, the shooting starts."

Trump is so fucking senile that he spit out this phrase he's had floating around in his head for 50 years.  He just didn't remember that the phrase and HE are both racist so he blurted it out from his dementia-addled brain.

Most likely,
1) Trump knew it, remembered it and regurgitated it.
Or
2) He was fed it by scum like Steven Miller, a blatant racist.
Or
3) It just popped into his head.
And if you believe that one you are a moron.

are right on, they made me think about this one even more.  Either those three choices are intuitively obvious and posting them was; 1) just a "layup" for you, or  2) you have some secret operative in the White House feeding you intel.

Frankly, am kind of on the fence and can definitely see how either your number one or number two choice could have led to Trumpty dumpty's stupidity.  But am also on the fence, as far as MY number one or number two choice for how YOU came to this conclusion.

Care to throw me a lifeline?
