Kim, Putin, and Xi have all now publicly mocked Biden this week

They've all kicked sand in his face.  He can't even face the American press.  Has to hide in the basement.  The world thinks he is a weakling. Kim doesn't answer his calls.  Putin challenges him to a debate (unfair, of course, since everyone can see that Biden is suffering from dementia.)  And Xi's delegation humiliates Biden (and America) on US soil.

It was actually Putin who got sand kicked in his face by Joe, who called him out as a murderer. All Vlad could do was use the classic "No, YOU" comeback of a Fifth Grader.
As for North Korea, they didn't talk to Trump at all during his last year either, according to Vox: “This follows over a year without active dialogue with North Korea, despite multiple attempts by the US to engage,” which means the Biden administration says North Korea didn’t interact with President Trump’s team for a while, either."  Also...."Biden called North Korean leader Kim Jong Un a “tyrant” and then, afterward, trashed his personal diplomacy with Trump, which may have cooled any ideas in Pyongyang about interacting with the US right now.
Another is that the country is in a severe lockdown to quash the coronavirus pandemic, a move that also precipitated a harsh economic downturn. If that’s the case, Pyongyang may prefer dealing with its domestic problems right now to engaging in complex diplomacy with Washington.

Last, China didn't humiliate anyone. Biden slapped sanctions on Chinese officials for their anti-democratic actions in Hong Kong so the Chinese got pissy. So what? Trump was too big a pussy to stand up to the Chinese, except for his useless tariffs that only hurt the US.

As the Cons do, they "forget" how Trumpolini bragged about himself & then was literally laughed at during his UN General Assembly speech in 2018.  In addition, Trudeau mocked him behind his back & it was caught on camera in 2019.

 
You really shouldn't be talking about fucking disasters after this country barely survived a four year long Category 5 hurricane named Donald.
