I say good for Walter Mosley, I would like to think this is EXACTLY what I would do in his position. Unfortunately, as even he alludes, not everyone is in a position to tell their employer to GO FUCK YOURSELF!!!

able to use the M(oron) word for someone like Laffy, or the D(ementia) word for someone like Jake without hearing the gasps through the internet.  Lol

everyone is overly sensitive. I work in a traditionally male dominated field and in recent years have been inundated with workplace harassment and diversity workshops. Times are changing.
