And the BHO 'believers' STILL love O-care? Not only did BHO lie...he now has - in addition to the Syrian blood on his hands... the blood of Americans , and of course the Illegal immigrants he let be covered by O-care. Put this in his legacy, huh?

but come on dude, post a fucking link if you want us to take you seriously.

Or do you think you have so much credibility here that you can simply quote statistics like this and we are going to simply "take your word" for it?

If you want to talk about the "Syrian blood on his hands", the "blood of Americans" or even the "illegal immigrants he let be covered by O-care" that's one thing. That's your opinion and no link is required, but do you really expect us to take your headline about our "life expectancy dropping" for the last ten years with a fucking link? NFW. Now quit being either lazy or a liar and post a fucking link, No one else here is going to do it for you. (or at least I hope they don't, unless it's to prove you wrong)

The Affordable Care Act was signed in 2010 but its main provisions did not go into effect until 2014.

...There's a higher percentage of the population that are baby boomers, so as the population ages, there will be more deaths, lowering life expectancy.

And it's an extremely small change, and definitely not yet a trend at just 0.1 years for just one year. The average life expectancy reduced from 78.9 to 78.8 for someone born in 2015.

Here's a popular source of the news (NPR):

http://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2016/12/08/504667607/life-expectancy-in-u-s-drops-for-first-time-in-decades-report-finds

But the data is coming from the CDC:

http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/databriefs/db267.pdf

The extent of the data is a tad scant to blame anyone, yet.

That was my understanding as well, from what I've read.

but at least we condemn and refute any bullshit coming from the right side of the aisle as well as the left. Nuguy is constantly repudiated and called out by us "right wingers" It would be nice to see some of you lefties doing the same with the nut jobs on your side of the aisle.

I will give both BPS and Jake credit for occasionally calling bullshit on some of the worst offenders from your side of the aisle, but I can't ever remember you calling bullshit on any left wing propaganda, no matter how ridiculous.

But, you're right. I seldom do, because I don't like wasting me time. Let's turn it around. When do you, when someone, on the left, gets it right, give them kudos for it, like I just did to Ed? ;)

but you only gave Ed kudos for calling out a righty, That hardly counts.

Personally I agree and give credit to left wingers all the time, Here is a post only a couple of threads down where I agree with BPS and it wasn't for taking the "right" side of an issue, which wouldn't count any more than you giving kudos to Ed for calling out a righty.

I find it amusing, neither BPS or Jake even claim to be "independent" both are unabashed and unapologetic lefties, but BOTH of them have called out lefties for posting ridiculous and false claims whereas you, a guy who "claims" to be an independent, never call out lefties no matter how outrageous their claims are.

Before you get your panties in even a bigger bunch, let me you a principle you might consider adopting. Reward good behavior with positive strokes. I've read plenty, here, where people complain about the negativity on this board. So, I say something positive toward someone; and ED and I have had our run ins in the past, and you criticize me for not calling out lefties, and then on top of that you pat yourself on the back with a self-righteous spiel.  If you are trying to make yourself feel better, go ahead. If you are trying to make me feel bad about myself, it ain't going to work. And, it definitely does not foster an increase in positivity, just more negativity!   ;)
