The video showed that the guy grabbed her ass, she reacted by grabbing him and slamming him down. She asked a co-worker to call the cops. When the police arrived, the guy claimed he was just trying to get by in the narrow aisle. The cops looked at the video and arrested him on a charge of sexual battery.

It is rumored that the guy was going to try to argue in court that he was just being Presidential. A lawyer pointed out to him that he would have had to "grab her by the pussy" to use the "being Presidential" defense.
