Obviously, someone's opinion that Obama "took a wrecking ball to the constitution," is figurate for not following constitutional principles.

Assuming, arguendo, that it is true, it would not be an "impeachable" offense, with or without delay.  Disregard for the constitution and deriliction of duty to enforce the law is not a "high crime or misdemeanor" and therefor not impeachable

All the crimes and abuses of power with Nixon, Reagan and Bush Jr. on one side and those of Carter, Clinton and Obama on the other, which side do you imagine the scales would fall? I'd say toward the Republicans. That's why I'm continually amazed that the Republicans keep trying to paint Obama out to me so destructive to the constitution. The only way I can explain it, is they are trying to move away from their own feelings of embarrassment and shame over their party's presidents.

Others of us who are NOT libs feel very different about it. Personally I feel that Obama is the worst offender in my lifetime. Carter was incompetent, but didn't run roughshod over the Constitution, and Clinton was actually a pretty decent POTUS IMO, but Obama is worse than even Nixon IMO, he wants to dramatically change this country and he doesn't seem to give a fuck how he does it.

Think of all the shit going on in the world. Iraq and Syria imploding, Israel and Palestinians killing each other, Ukraine, U.S. pissing off Germany again with more spying, NSA, IRS, VA hospital, Obamacare, etc...etc....etc, but the stock market continues to go up. It's like the market doesn't give a shit. Ooops I'm sorry! I should be giving credit to Obama for all of his stellar leadership and insightful legislation that is pulling this market higher and higher.

And their INSANE congress men. It is normal for disk drives to crash and get replaced. Federal Information Security requires the disk to drive to destroyed to protect potential leakage of information.

If I send someone an e-mail, and the Grinch destroys my computer or the hard drive crashes.  I can get the e-mail by renting a computer at a internet cafe and signing on.  I have picked up my e-mail in 30 countries without my computer.

Computers may crash, discs may be destroyed, tapes erased, but the server keeps e-mail.

Also, every recipient of an e-mail has access to the e-mail her or she received.  

Congress has been asking for e-mails which are not dependent on the computer.

This will be the scandal because the explanation is silly and the next question is "who came up with the idea that they can't retrieve e-mails because of a computer crash?

He's mentioned the company he works for uses  internal emails.  
  I assumed without inquiry  he meant Company private messages.
 The next time I see him in person  I'll ask him for more details.  

 I would think most Departments of government wouldn't be sending sensitive mail, where it could be easily intercepted by a simple password.

Even if the company has its own system, e-mails are not stored on the individuals computer.  

Furthermore, e-mails can always be retrieved from the recipient.  THAT IS HOW YOU GET E-MAILS.

If the issue is what did you e-mail to all those people, you don't need the sender's computer at all.  I have e-mails people sent me years ago.

How stupid are you? Where does the server store the email? Some magic server?  

How do you know it was the hard disk on the computer and not the server? Oh, in your mind, the server is made out of the superman kryptonite stuff.

Dude, you can pick up your email all over the world is entirely different from an enterprise email system, they look the same but doesn’t work the same. Hope it is personal email you are talking about. If you work and you are accessing your company main using an internet cafe then, you company is equally dumb as you are.
