Not just this last election cycle, but given the benefit of hindsight, do any of you wish you could change your vote all these years later?
I'll go first, and my answer is NO. Even with the benefit of hindsight I still believe that even if I didn't vote for a great or even honorable person, given the only other option, I still picked the "lesser of two evils". My personal voting history goes back to Reagan vs Carter, I was not quite old enough to vote in 76, but quite frankly that might have been the only election where I might have regretted my vote as I very well might have voted for Carter over Ford not having a clue just how bad Carter was going to turn out to be, and while we never will know how bad Ford might have been in his second term, I can't imagine him being any worse than the feckless Jimmy Carter. One other election where I don't exactly regret my choice, but one that in hindsight I don't really mind that "my" candidate lost was in 92 when Clinton won and I had voted for HW Bush as I was pleasantly surprised by the decent job that Clinton did, enough so that I did vote for him in 96 Ok, do any of the rest of you want to admit to having got it wrong in any of the Presidential elections in which you have voted?
so the first time I voted for POTUS was for Romney. He would of made a great president. Voted for Trump and definitely have no regrets. I really wanted Romney to run again during the last primaries. That said, I have no regrets regarding my voting history. I support local, state and federal conservative politicians and I am active politically with my nieghbors and community.
