I don't want to get into an argument with Las Vegan, but I think Mexicans can have a collective ass which they could laugh off. Either way.

BTW, if you aren't rich and are simply "trying" you should really rethink your strategy of investing in condos in a country like Mexico. Not that there aren't opportunities there, but those are very shark infested waters you are swimming in. The chances of a non Mexican citizen without a very heavyweight team behind them making a penny are very slim.
