There isn't anything morally wrong with abortion. God sees no sanctity in human life. He killed all of the first born sons of Egypt. If that isn't late term abortion, I don't know what is.

Morality doesn't apply to God.  Nor, for that matter, to popes and presidents.

Morality only applies to those who get caught.   And if your name is Spitzer, you get a pass.  If your name is Libby, you get a pardon.   If you get a million $$ judgment against the Pope, he'll wait 10 years until it's doubled, then cross the ocean to spend 10 minutes praying with you.

Just watch where he's putting his hands, eh?

actually, that was the Old Testament god, since replaced bt the New Testament god.  Think of it as Deity 2.0.  And if you're not of either of those Abrahamic faiths, you don't think of either of them as God at all.

WillieTheDrunkBarTender,

I am certainly not a fan of Spitzer but other than losing his career what kind of pass did he get...
or in your drunken stupor do you think he should have been charged with overpaying a provider?

shame him into resigning.   He could have learned from the Republicans, like Billy-boy did, and suck us into an endless sex-o-rama.

But what I'm thinking here is that when a person gets caught in a crime, they usually get prosecuted - we're not talking about the justice or wisdom of the law, we're talking about whether it's applied evenly.  Now I think that's fair enough when a man has made a career out of prosecuting others for the same sort of thing.  Whether it might be smarter to just relax & enjoy ourselves is another issue entirely.

So the woman who set up his date is looking at a few years in the can, but this guy isn't responsible for asking for the date.   Hmmmmmm.

but it is how things work in the overwhelming majortiy of cases. Spitzer isn't getting a pass because of his stature, if anything he's is getting harsher treatment than clients 1-8 and 9-???, and rightfully so. He is a piece of shit and should be treated accordingly, but to say he is getting special treatment is simply not true.

Willie its kind of like when you were 13 and  stealing things off your neighbors porch so you could trade for some whiskey..When the guy who was supplying your liquor got caught, he was the one who got in trouble....Spitzer is just another punk like you..Not worth the trouble ..
