Abraham Lincoln was raised in poverty and before he became our second greatest President of our Republic, had achieved success for example:

1. Served as captain of a militia company in Illinois.
2. Taught himself the law and passed the Bar.
3. Served in the Illinois State legislature four successive times. He promulgated legislation against slavery.
4. Served in the United States Congress.
5. Litigated and won many important cases most notably, Hurd vs. Rock Island Bridge Company and was involved in more than 5,000 cases during his civil and criminal 23 year legal career.

Again tell me what has been Sen. Obama accomplishments?  He is by occupation a lawyer but what cases has he been involved in? Who were his clients? What are his signature Illinois State legislative actions?

You tell a man’s personal character by his actions before he became a politician and that is where I have trouble with Sen. Barack Obama. Yes, the church he attends does matter. Whom he associated with does matter. On national television he has the audacity to say the Rev Wright seen at the National Press Club is not the man I know. Get real, a leopard does not change his spots. Rev. Wright, like him or dislike him at least he is honest and is unabashed with his views.

Senator Obama disavows any allegiance or knowledge of Louis Farrakan yet he was a member of the million man march on Washington D.C. A march adovocated by the Nation of Islam and sponsored by his pastor, Rev. Wright. Senator Obama states his dislike for terrorists yet he pals around with William Ayers former member of the Weather Underground.

I like to know why Obama did not serve in the military. I like to know why he contemptously looks down on small town America.  Sen. Obama was born and bred in elitist grammar, secondary, undergraduate and graduate schools of learning and it shows. I wonder, has Obama ever had to work for living?

What you suggest here is that the comparison offends your sense of holiness, and my client says you're, um, deluded.

We have experts who will testify that Old Abe farted copiously.  In fact, he died in a whorehouse.  So let's forget the hero worship here, and stop to think a minute about what we want to see.

Let me point out that the comparison was limited to the single point that Lincoln (widely accepted as an excellent president) was a single term congressman when elected, and his election pretty much triggered  southern secession.  He was also a rabble-rouser who opposed the Mexican war, and was a (GASP) TRIAL LAWYER!!  He was also one ugly motherfucker, and if he were running today, you fuckers would be pissing and moaning that he'd never been to law school, and that his beard proved he was a hippie.  

The point was that we are always looking for EXPERIENCE, but you know what?  The most experienced ones are often the biggest fuckups.  Remember Dick Nixon?  Because I do.   Bush 2 sure had lots of experienced people in his cabinet, and look how much good it did him.  Can't even invade the right country.  Shee-it!

If the church he attends matters (and the eminent psoter Chuck Darwin has made the point that it is inherently incredible to contend that any male actually listens in church, and you um people just undermine your credibility by stating otherwise) then I want to know exactly why McCain's crazy-assed preacher doesn't matter.

Why are we worried about what their PREACHER says?  If that is the best argument you have against him - and I assume it must be, or you wouldn't be pitching it so hard - then you just convinced me to vote for him.   Because I have serious doubts about the sanity and integrity of the others.  This fellow has not yet committed himself to totally fucked up policies.

Abraham Lincoln chose to stand with those standing for freedom of all peoples. He was a single-term Congressman because he chose to stand up against a warmongering Democratic president. Lincoln was honest, stood for his principles and did not pander for votes.  

Senator Obama either:
1) pandered for votes by joining an influential church led by Rev. Wright or

2) decided to stand with Rev. Wright, William Ayers and the million man march because he believes on their views of America.

Which one is it?

As far as George W. Bush, I have stated before  he has a thin resume and I question his military service but as far as I know he is not running for President.
