Is that he will be exposed as a leaker.  Ever notice how his jacket is always buttoned at the waist, whether he's wearing a tie or not?  When its unbuttoned, you can see the depends he's wearing under his pants.  I guess that's better than having a wet crotch on the evening news.  Lol  
   
   
 Unlike most guys his age, he  never has to ask where the nearest bathroom is.  He just stands in one place for a few minutes and relaxes his pelvic floor muscle.
