Yup, it’s all about the oil. But like Bush with the WMD, Trump is using drugs as the boogie man.
He’s quietly paying off his big oil donors. It’s what they paid for. But if we topple Maduro, will gas be $1.00 a gallon??
Trump’s blockade of shadow tankers carrying Venezuelan oil will likely result in a rise in oil prices. But once Maduro is gone? Sanctions on oil sales will be lifted supply will increase. I don’t think that we’ll ever see $1 a gallon gas, but Trump’s success in bringing down gasoline prices will continue.
Don't know your area.... but if it is in CA or "west coast".... could it be that the announcement of the possibility of refineries closing?
Two refineries are talking about possibly shutting down because of the battles with CA with environmental laws and regulations. This would mean that gas would have to come from further away.
"edinathens = Ed in Athens, GEORGIA. If you don't know his area why are you ASSuming? Pay attention so you don't look like a fucking moron...which you are.
Guess what.... He could have had that name and MOVED. People do MOVE.
I was just showing how two oil refineries are closing and how gas in that part of the US will be more expensive. STATING FACTS.
Which again you attack me instead of FACTS. Glad you keep the liberal stereotype alive and well.
Also.... there are ATHENS in many States across the USA.
Sorry.... forgot to add this to my post about the refineries...
So this will just push more auto sales in the EV world.
But of course this will affect the MAGats as they love them those fossil fuels 😆
Then why shouldn’t we see $1.00 gas, it’s at $1.99 per trump now.
I mean Johnny giving up his life isn’t worth .99 ?? Where are all my patriots!
....and if he goes byebye, it's going to be hard for him to get there, isn't it?!
75% been about getting a new leader into Venezuela and the resources. 25% is the drugs. Now with this "blockade" it is also putting pressure on other countries or showing what could happen if they don't play ball. IE: Since we have cartels on the terror list. This will make other countries want to listen when talking trade..... be it with us OR how they deal with china/russia.
Trump claims the reason he's attacking Venezuelan boats is because Venezuela is the major source of fentanyl entering the U.S. Not surprisingly, this claim is not true. In DEA intelligence Report 008-20, it states . . .
"While Mexico and China are the primary source countries for fentanyl and fentanyl-related substances trafficked directly into the United States, India is emerging as a source for finished fentanyl powder and fentanyl precursor chemicals."
http://www.dea.gov/sites/default/files/2020-03/DEA_GOV_DIR-008-20%20Fentanyl%20Flow%20in%20the%20United%20States_0.pdf#:~:text=While%20Mexico%20and%20China%20are,a%20source%20for%20finished%20fentanyl
So the logical question is, if the President is fighting the war on drugs and not seeking regime change, why isn't he bombing Mexican targets and preparing for a land invasion south of the border? Why isn't he putting more sanctions/tariffs on China and India? We know why, and as confirmed by Susie Wiles herself, regime change is Trump's real goal.

P.S. While Venezuela is not a primary producer of cocaine, it is a major transit hub for the drug on its way to North America and Europe. Comparing fentanyl and cocaine . . .
"Fentanyl is significantly more dangerous than cocaine due to its extreme potency and its prevalence as an unknown additive in the illicit drug supply. A dose as small as two milligrams of fentanyl, which fits on the tip of a pencil, is considered potentially lethal for most people." - Gemini AI
Regime change is for sure the reason. They have been trying to get him out of office since 2013 or so.... right after Chavez died. The US even had thought he "rigged" an election. Hell they denied an operation in 2020 that tried to kidnap/arrest him which had some US special forces or DEA agents involved.
I think the reason for not doing these things with Mexico is because we share a border..... but this is sending a message.
The reason for China is because well..... Russia and China holds so much of US debt.
The reason for India.... I am not sure.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
YOU?!?! Do homework?!
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
Did you do your "homework" before posting that "Russia holds so much of US debt??"
No, CRSM 27 IQ - Everyone is sick of doing the homework for YOU!!!
I miss type....
I meant China Holds the debt...... and was meaning Russia is Russia....ie: cold war history, nukes, Putin/Trump relationship.
They unloaded most by 2018. .. Check your homework on this
And if the Russians did own this debt and they wanted to unload them, then trump would seized the 230B of Russian assets that’s being held in the EU.
And of course trumps is too much of a pussy to go after China over Fentanyl.
China could makes things uneasy for us on the economy front and they could crush us if they sold our debt
Because it's. being held by Belgium and they have so far refused to release any of it to guarantee a loan to Ukraine. If they won't even do that, Belgium is certainly not going to release it to Trump.
He could. Threatened NATO back out, invade or whatever…just bully your way. Who’s gonna stop him?? Congress 🤣🤣🤣??
I miss typed about Russia holding debt.... they don't. Russia I was meaning..... Cold war history, nukes, Putin/Trump relationship, etc. As in....it is Russia.
China still hold around $1T of US Debt, They own around 380,000 acres of US land, They have or could still have Cell back door technology (5G controversy and what not) to gain access to data, etc.
Russia invade Ukraine for its minerals, we wand to invade Venezuela for their oil...the similarities are striking.
But I wonder how our taste for regime change will be once the first body bags come home, if it ever gets there.
Like Biden did when he said it would be OK for Russia to just invade a "little bit" if they didn't prolong the invasion beyond that?
That isn't what Biden said exactly. What he said was that "...Russia will be held accountable if it invades, and it depends on what it does. It's one thing if it's a minor incursion and then we end up having to fight about what to do and what not to do." The next day Biden cleaned up his comments by saying "If any - any - assembled Russian units move across the Ukrainian border, that's an invasion" that would result in a "severe and coordinated economic response". Rhetorical question: Why are you incapable of telling the full story and lying on this board?
In reality, Biden said the quiet part out loud and his handlers lost their shit and trotted him back out in front of the cameras the next day to "clarify".
I think Just The Tip might just be he perfect term for minor incursion actually.
Can you imagine the outrage, public "protests" and 24/7 hyperventilating of the network talking heads if Trump said that during his term and it turned into a full scale war like it did with Biden? We'd still be hearing about it with a "Trump death count" ticker on CNN and MSnowwhatertheirnameis.
Wrong again. When a normal president says something that is inartful, they clarify it as soon as possible. Your dear leader doubles down on the stupid stuff that comes out of his mouth daily.
"The 1953 Iranian Coup (Operation Ajax) was a CIA and MI6 orchestrated overthrow of Iran's democratically elected Prime Minister, Mohammad Mossadegh, due to his nationalization of Iran's oil industry, which threatened British interests and Cold War alignments, restoring power to the Shah, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, solidifying U.S.-Iranian ties, and ultimately fueling resentment that contributed to the 1979 Iranian Revolution." - Gemini
Quoting from the linked article . . .
.
Working with Shah, the CIA and British intelligence began to engineer a plot to overthrow Mossadeq. The Iranian premier, however, got wind of the plan and called his supporters to take to the streets in protest. At this point, the Shah left the country for “medical reasons.” While British intelligence backed away from the debacle, the CIA continued its covert operations in Iran. Working with pro-Shah forces and, most importantly, the Iranian military, the CIA cajoled, threatened, and bribed its way into influence and helped to organize another coup attempt against Mossadeq. On August 19, 1953, the military, backed by street protests organized and financed by the CIA, overthrew Mossadeq. The Shah quickly returned to take power and, as thanks for the American help, signed over 40 percent of Iran’s oil fields to U.S. companies.
.
Mossadeq was arrested, served three years in prison, and died under house arrest in 1967. The Shah became one of America’s most trusted Cold War allies, and U.S. economic and military aid poured into Iran during the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. In 1978, however, anti-Shah and anti-American protests broke out in Iran and the Shah was toppled from power in 1979. Militants seized the U.S. embassy and held the American staff hostage until January 1981. Nationalism, not communism, proved to be the most serious threat to U.S. power in Iran.

All a group of Colonels had to say was they were anti-Communist and needed "to restore order" and the CIA would jump right in. The CIA supported coups in Greece, Chile and many other places, installing military regimes that were cruel and repressive. As a result the citizens of those countries hated the US for years.
"The U.S. had significant involvement in Saddam Hussein's rise and support, particularly helping his Ba'ath Party seize power in the 1963 coup and later providing crucial intelligence, economic aid, and military support during the Iran-Iraq War to counter Iran, despite knowing his regime's brutal tactics. This support, including providing precursor chemicals for chemical weapons, created a complex history where the U.S. aided an authoritarian regime it later opposed."

'Eight days before Saddam invaded Kuwait in 1990, U.S. Ambassador April Glaspie met with him and stated the U.S. had "no opinion on Arab-Arab conflicts," which Saddam reportedly misinterpreted as a green light for his invasion.
.
'Following the 1991 Gulf War, the U.S. policy shifted toward containment and eventually "regime change," culminating in the 2003 invasion and Saddam’s capture on December 13, 2003.' - Gemini

The U.S. removing Saddam from power turned Iraq's problems with Iran into our problems with Iran.
Didn't I discuss this same exact shit prior.
How the US does things like this in the past and nobody lost their shit. YET now that it is "TRUMP".... it is wrong.
The only time people start to lose there shit is when it goes sideways or back fires. RIght now with Trump and Ven.... is hasn't.
Be it the Iranian Coup, Sadam, Contra's, etc. Lots of people think the middle east would look a lot different if Sadam would still be alive and running Iraq. He would have kept Iran under control.
Sorry hit enter before I added this in.... Was to tie into things with the middle east and possible the whole funding of "rebels"....which some turn into terror groups. Which they have in the past.
The whole "Palestine Free State" issue...... Lots of prior Presidents and Israeli leaders had offers on the table which Palestinian leaders rejected. They had land to call there own, they had the recognition of a free state, they had alot of what they were asking for or are asking for..... the only thing is that they will never or can't accept Isreal as being legit. That is the reason why it keeps getting turned down. I think Clinton had one of the best and they rejected it.
That is a little off topic but could be that WE (usa gov) is wanting turmoil in an area to fuel some sort of conflict so they can gain some sort of advantage. Be it gaining mineral rights, gaining oil, gaining trade, selling weapons, gaining political clout, etc.
The point is that this shit happens all the time. But people only seem to be "pissed" is when it is TRUMP. Otherwise it is good leadership. Until it backfires or we find out something shady....ie: Contra's.
