In a practical sense, every house in America that has an electric meter screwed to the wall is getting the vast majority of it's electricity from coal, a smaller percent from natural gas, a tiny percent from wind, and an even smaller amount from methane fired turbines running on turkey-shit out-gassing! NOBODY drawing their power from the grid is getting a higher percent of "green electricity" than anyone else, they are just PAYING MORE for the same electricity that everyone else gets! FOOLS!
