Never have I ever seen soooo many idiots hoping on the Hamas band wagon either. Hell Happy wants to on here but he’s scared of getting torn limb from limb if he did do it, so yeah that’s why I am surprised they didn’t come out in favor of Hamas!

You dont know Cenk or Ana at all is you think they would ever be pro-Hamas as well. That said, there is a point to be made about innocent Palestinians lives being taken. Yes there are some Progressives that go too far in their anti-Israel stance but they are very few. Rashida Tlaib, sadly, is one of them. Ilhan Omar is another but she has backtracked and apologized for things she has said in the past so she is willing to learn and I give her credit for that.
The president and the congress are behind Israel but they also have an obligation to put pressure on Bibi if and when they think he crosses a line re: international law with civilians/refugees. Backing Palestinian human rights is NOT being in favor of Hamas. I think you need to educate yourself on the vast difference between those two positions.

Most Palestinians don't even LIKE Hamas. They have, at worst, tolerated it out of fear. They are now paying the price. Most Palestinian deaths are the result of Hamas using them as human shields, and building its bunkers and tunnels under schools, hospitals and mosques. And far too many in the West believe Hamas lies, like the lie about the Israelis bombing the hospital, when the only evidence that exists points to a Pali rocket. And the hospital is undamaged.
You'd think Hamas would be better at lying. They've had so much practice.
None of this changes the fact that the Palestinians deserve their own state. Of course they rejected it when it was offered to them years ago because their leaders profited more from war.

We’re saying these things about black people there would be a fast and furious move to have her removed from congress!

Am I right?

Raskin is correct that Tlaib has a right to be wrong. What he ignores in Rashida’s speech is the implicit call for the destruction of Israel.  That deserves censure, and thankfully it passed with bipartisan support.

Raskin clearly DIDN'T ignore what she said. In fact, I think you even mis-interpreted what "from the river to the sea" means. It's NOT an "implicit call for the destruction of Israel." It's actually quite explicit. And he made it clear he rejected it totally. But when a body permits others to voice repugnant views from its floor it is hypocritical to censure anyone else's repugnant views. That's what Raskin is saying and that's what you missed.
