In the audio of the helicopter pilot communicating with the tower, the last thing the helo pilot said was: “PAT25 has aircraft in sight, request visual separation.”

 
The helo pilot’s voice is MALE.  So willy is full of shit when he falsely claimed the pilot was female.  The cause of the crash was three WHITE people on the helicopter.  Using willy’s logic, WHITE people shouldn’t be in the military.

This helicopter pilot only had 500 hours experience. Which is why they was the pilot on the training mission. She also had the best view of the plane.

The pilot and instructor were wearing night vision googles in an area awash with numerous sources of light. But even if the pilot had incorrectly associated the wrong commercial aircraft with the tower warnings, the real problem was the helicopter flying higher than the authorized ceiling for the area. With an experienced instructor onboard who would have caught such an error, I suspect there could have been a problem with an incorrect/malfunctioning altimeter.

Air Traffic Controllers are indeed federal workers.
