What do  Ted Kozynski , Jeffrey Dahlmer and Timothy McVeigh have in common .

Just shackle them on their back flat on the ground and run a M1 Abrams tank or D10 Catipillar tractor traveling at less than 1/10 mile per hour over their body starting from their feet .  

  Sell Pay-per view subscriptions to cover the costs of diesel fuel and equipment rental.
