Most of the OP is utter speculation. Who knows if any of it is true, some of it is true or none of it is true?  I certainly agree Biden is most likely to withdraw but I also have no doubt it will be Harris who replaces him.
As for "chaos," big fucking deal. This is a dead week for Dems anyway, as the media spotlight was always going to be on the coronation of King Donald. If they get it straightened out this week they'll all unite behind Harris.
