The majority appears to believe in Religious Freedom, and spreading that belief.

Lots pretend they have. As long as people believe God can be bought with money, he doesn’t exist. When people realize only their spiritual existence then God exists for them.

and if we want all other freedoms  to thrive such as, "freedoms of expression, association, assembly, economic activity, and equality under the law, and freedom from persecution or unjust violence. then we need to leave it be".

Please just don't push it in my face as I am not a "religious" person,  I could never believe in the gelatinous being out there that will "save me from my sins".  I am a spiritualist,  in that,  we are all part of nature,  thus,  we are all one.

I am a spiritual person too.  Get me by the water, and I am tranquil and peaceful beyound recognition.  I love my religious friends, and have witnessed forgiveness of the unthinkable.  But they know not to talk that hell was created by Jesus, for his purpose crap.  Yes they are free to think and believe what they want, but leave me out of the torture, scary stories and I won't be intolerate.  I can listen to them talk grace all day and not offended.
