The Prince of Political Pundits, the Dark Lord himself,  Bill O'Reilly is hit with a sexual harassment lawsuit. And all this time I thought he was just a limp dick!!

Always two sides to a story but I found this info relevant...
First the plaintiff..

The extortive nature of Defendants’ demands and the baseless nature of Mackris’s claims are further revealed by the recent September 7, 2004 e-mail that Mackris sent to a friend at CNN who asked, “How are things?” Just three weeks before Morelli’s September 29 letter and years after her claimed tribulations began, Mackris responded:

to answer your question, things are: wonderful, amazing, fun, creative, invigorating, secure, well-managed, challenging, interesting, fun and surrounded by really good, fun people. i’m home and i’ll never leave again.

Doesn't sound like she had a problem to me.

But maybe here's the real reason for the suit...


It is apparent that Defendants’ outrageous monetary demand is motivated by their greed and also by Morelli’s political connections. Morelli, his firm, and his wife, Arlene, are known supporters of and contributors to the Democratic Party, contributing to the campaigns of U.S. Senators John Kerry, John Edwards, Tom Daschle, and Charles Schumer, among others. He perceives Fox and O’Reilly as politically conservative and supporters of the Republican Party. If he does not receive his share of $60 million, he would like nothing more than to embarrass and tarnish the reputations of Fox and O’Reilly.

for fox are skyrocketing.

Even if this is all BS, as it may tyet prove to be, this guy is STILL the kind of scum that scum wipes off its shoes...

He is funny and can be charming, but he is as ignorant as the day is long and totally self centered.  He thinks he is brilliant ans insightful- and an ASTONISHING number of people buy it.

I have yet to figure out what he has done to be considered a "pundit" as the term from the hindi implies some sagacity.

What cracks me up is that all you guys jumping on anybody over a "sexual hrassmant scandal"!  But claiming O'Reilly forced her to have "phone sex" is just to precious!  I guess the idea of hanging up was just entirely too complicated.

I gotta say, I just don't know.  Hey, she's pretty cute.  I'd do her.

I read the Complaint, and she loses on the claim that it was quid pro quo sexual harassment, 'cause she doesn't identify what the "quo" is.  Furthermore, she wants relief from FNC, but never reported the allegedly offensive behavior, and identifies O'Reilly as an "independent contractor."  These facts tend to lend credence to the extortion allegations, and suggest that her attorney may be incompetent.

I'm also skeptical because of the level of her monetary demands, and the fact that she came back notwithstanding the alleged prior actions.  Couple that with her attorney's obvious Demoncrat connections, and her claim that the same happened at CNN.

That having been said, O'Reilly hasn't forcefully, unequivocally denied the allegations (a la Justice Thomas), and she is a hottie.

It'll be interesting to see how it plays out.  'Course, what's more interesting is how Demoncrats who leaped to the defense of Slick Willie against groping allegations by Kathleen Willie and rape allegations by Juanita Broadderick are quick to attack O'Reilly.

Did I or did I not say in my preamble that this may prove to be BS?
