for passing a bill that blatantly ignores the Word of God from the Holy Bible! I guess they’ll have to revise this new law to make an exception if the father isn’t married to the mother.  Except for rape or incest of course… those are ok according to the law just passed by those sterling lawmakers in Texas.  A 13-year-old Texas girl is raped and gets an abortion on Day 43?  Ok by Abbott et. al. for any Texan to sue her, her parents, the doctor etc.
