It's also Mari, and others to be fair, for suggesting Trump had some responsibility for Iran downing the passenger jet last week.

Many liberals like to pass the buck on personal responsibility e.g. excusing crime bc someone is poor, blaming the bartender for "getting you drunk", blaming poor performance of inner schools on lack of funding, etc etc etc.

 
So yes, Laffy is just the most obvious idiot in stating things our enemies would say about us, but there are several other factors at play too.

It's that we constantly side with the underdog in society, the cast offs, the people who are the victims of racism, and the children who have to be burdened with inadequate funding for public education. I will never back down off those values! If that is the "mommy party" in your eyes then so be it. Call it what you want, but I simply call it caring for your fellow man.

I don't mind caring for your fellow man. Its when people are taking advantage of your good will is when I get pissed off. When you're taken for a sucker and people take advantage of you and the system.
