GOP's suppression almost worked......Obama beat Mittens even worse if it wasn't for GOP dirty tricks......adding to the length of the ballets w/ stupid amendments which all but 1 was rejected was the Florida GOP legislature tactic to suppress w/long lines. There were 12.....the most ever before was 4.......dick heads!

Every goddamn election cycle Florida is a chonic fuck-up in everything from the needed pre-election preparation to the fuck'n counting of the ballots.

Did you know that if the Tenth Amendment were still taken seriously, most of the federal government's present activities would not exist. That's why no one in Washington ever mentions it.

And just in case you might not know what the Tenth Amendment is:  It states that "each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled."

I believe the states are now compelled aka forced to do as the Federal government says or,  they receive  no Federal funding.  Well, I'd rather live free with some risk,  than be a protected slave of government.

Unfortunately I don't think there is a State in the Union that could survive 12 months without the tit of the Federal Government subsidizing the State's very infrastructure.

What we seem to have come to in America is a horrific governmental hybrid where we're taxed/regulated as badly as a Socialist nation, yet the monies all go to the top while the citizens are told to buck-up, cope, and be a rugged individualist.

America is like paying $500,000.00 for a Toyota Prius that gets the same "city" fuel mileage as a 12 cylinder Rolls Royce Phantom.
