Little problem Zin, it's called "Fontography" and "Forgery"!

It seems the memo was written with "Word Perfect" which wouldn't be invented for over 20 years!

Doh, that didn't work!

Not only that it is a forgery, a pathetic attempt at forgery at that, but Bush hasn't made his Military Service the cornerstone of his campaign as Kerry has.  Talk about no fucking legs!

60 Minutes has long been discredited as a real news source, but now they really have shit on their faces.  But as of the 5:00 PM news, they are sticking by their story.  LMAO

What do you know? It looks like his service was a little problematic.  He was a bit of a behavior problem, but I have to admit, a bit more of a "real man" than I thought.

But at least there are no medals to question.

You think Yellow Belly might not have kept his military records for a reason?  That he had to put in for their release because he didn't have them, and had no reason to open them and look at them?  Kerry, at least, kept his, and could release them without a 180 Form, as would be the "standard" practice if somebody kept them.

Also, Bush has never made a big deal of his military service. Maybe Kerry should sign the 180 form so we can get to the bottom of this.

But onto a new episode: Kerrry's judgement after he got back from Vietnam.  He violated the UCMJ by meeting w/the enemy in Paris, he wore ribbons on a utility jacket, he spoke against the against the U.S. publically while the enemy was holding our prisoners of war and they were forced to hear that.

Kerry lacks judgement and he was not discharged from the navy officer corps until 1978.

Kerry has terrible judgement.

Even the White House has not said that:

At the White House, press secretary Scott McClellan said he couldn't say specifically whether Mr. Bush signed Standard Form 180, but the president did request and release his own military records in February.
"I don't believe he signed any form, but he did authorize making his military records available publicly," Mr. McClellan said. "We have released all the records, and reporters were allowed to look at his medical records as well."

Bribite,

You know if Jesus himself opened up the skies and you saw him coming down with a halo around his head and he personally told you what was written in that report, I have absolutely no doubt that you would call Jesus a liar, a liberal, and then attempt to beat the crap out of him for saying that about Bush.

With apologies.

It would have seemed to me very simple to see if the font had been in existence. They didn't even take it that far.

Looks like I've been bitten with the Piltdown Mandible.

But what do you expect from Dan Rather and his ilk?  Do you really think they are objective about this election?  If those documents condemned Kerry's record, they would have had 50 experts critique and dismiss them as forgeries.

Bri is correct, but where did the forgery come from and did CBS bite accidentally or on purpose?

I almost hate to admit how cynical modern politics has made me, but I couldn't help thinking that something like this was the most likely scenario.

Then again, I think the truth is out there...
