Trump's Dept. of Retribution, er, Justice gets Grand Jury to indict Comey again.

They failed egregiously last year so now they're claiming an Instagram post of seashells Comey saw on a beach walk were an assassination threat. If you're laughing now, congrats, you're sane. So what actually happened?
First of all, Comey didn't even place the shells, which read "8647." He just took a pictures of it and put it up on Instagram. Some people interpreted it as a threat that Trump (the "47" part of it) should be "86'd." This is originally restaurant slang for being out of a menu item but now can be interpreted as "get rid of." There isn't even any violence directly implied.
But when Comey found out some were interpreting it that way he took it down, explaining he was unaware of any implied threat of violence.
Look, I'm no fan of Comey, who I feel interfered in the last days of the 2016 campaign regarding Hillary's emails, effectively putting his thumb on the scales. But this indictment smacks of revenge. Good thing it's so weak on its face it is sure to fail.
PS: A judge just gave Comey's daughter, a fired former Justice Dept. lawyer, to sue the Dept. over her firing.

Not a fan of Comey but this is absurd an abuse of power and malicious prosecution. Real banana republic stuff. We're talking seashells on a beach people. Que up the fake outrage from you know who.
