BTW, this market volatility is hardly over just because the market had another good day, most likely sandwiched in between a couple of bad ones, but it does show just how little certain people around here know about how the market works. Especially those without enough money to buy a single share of Noble Drilling much less Berkshire Hathaway. lol
I don't know how many of you are sitting around with dry powder, but what goes down, must go up where it comes to the American Stock market and once this pandemic is behind us, just like all the other ones before this one, the market is going to rocket upwards at a rate where even Marikod should make money. lol
Like everyone else invested in the stock market (in one way or another, ie mutual funds, direct investment, etc), I have gotten hurt in the last month or so. Personally, I am a mutual fund investor and in the past I have held and held on. LOL. This last go around, I finally got out and moved to Bond Funds until we have a better handle on the Virus. And of course, the market shoots up 1985 points today. And Bonds did terrible. But, I am ok with that. I am not convinced that come Monday we will not have another rout. I have almost a million dollars invested. I will keep an eye on things and I will jump back in when I see these huge turnarounds are not just a 1 time thing. And yes I know, I may lose money on a bounce. So be it. U think a little differently when u are 64. LOL.
I'm not one to pile on as the market fluctuates specifically during this time of the trump's coronavirus. But in this new day and age just remember. "Whatever goes up, must come down".... when trump speaks. I'm trying to be delicate and not spike the ball on your sorry ass....So I'll just go Dexter Carter on you.

The stock market is going to continue to sell off until it's done. No one knows when that is going to be, ask a hundred experts and you'll get a hundred different answers. All I know is that the further it goes down, the more money there is to be made on the way back up again.
I am by no means making light of the people feeling real pain through no fault of their own, but the stock market falling off a cliff is an opportunity every bit as much as it's a calamity.
But my jab is that now, when trump speaks the dow takes a shit. The mother fucker should just shut the fuck up. Let Dr. Fauci be the face of this, not Pence, Kushner or Ivanka. trump has lost all credibility with wall st. But, C;mon...you gotta love that Dexter Carter flag in your face....lol
