It was expected that 920,000 people would make new claims for unemployment last week. The actual number was 1.1 million, proving the economy is still in deep, deep trouble and going in the wrong direction. And that Trump's stewardship of the economy is following his lousy leadership of the Covid crisis. He's a total incompetent.

It was the Governors of certain states that decided to keep an excessive lock down, and mayors of certain cities. They decided collectively tank the economy hoping that it will keep Trump from being elected. People are waking up and seeing what is going and seeing the how many businesses will not come back.

Not to mention that COVID has been running rampant in states where the governor opened up too soon. If idiot Trump has really stood behind early efforts to lock down, we'd have been through the worst by now. Just like the rest of the world.
You're a dunce, chicky.

By pushing to reopen everything too fast and encouraging governors to open up even when they had not met his OWN CDC's guidelines, he single-handedly created the conditions for failure.
It's all on him, except in his own twisted mind.
The buck stops ANYWHERE else but at his desk. And, of course, "I take no responsibility."

He would give a "Mea Culpa" on this trade war with China, do a "My Bad"...He'll be laugh at, ridiculed and blasted, but fuck it. If you really cared.
Also open the TPP with some modification for China, the other partners won't mind at this point.....This will get trade going. It'll be a slow crawl but you'll see an improvement.
But trump will need to put the ego aside which will be tough,we're not going to win this trade war with China, trump will have to get over that.
