Expect more wailing and gnashing of teeth about this “Evil SCOTUS” from liberals.  Texas can begin deportations. The Biden Administration’s attempts to stop Texas via lawsuits in lower courts continue.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday cleared the way for Texas to immediately begin enforcing a controversial immigration law that allows state officials to arrest and detain people they suspect of entering the country illegally.

The court’s three liberals dissented.

Legal challenges to the law are ongoing at a federal appeals court, but the decision hands a significant – yet temporary – win to Texas, which has been in an ongoing battle with the Biden administration over immigration policy.

The decrepit old fuck biden would allow border patrol and all other federal agencies to
enforce federal law the border issue would be all but resolved.

Ohhh the caterwauling will begin shortly. They will say that the Supreme Court is stacked against the best interests of the nation. I can hear it now 🙄

They still sometimes whine about their fake border bill that was just a ploy to give more money to Ukraine. But when Texas does something about it, the Biden administration runs to the courts to keep the border open. That tells you everything.
