Only an idiot or someone with English comprehension problems would claim that "don't hire white people" is NOT racist, and we know you're not an idiot, right? So, it has to be a reading comprehension issue or issue with the English language as only fg is stupid enough to argue that non whites are incapable of racism.

That lies with you and the OP.   So let's review.  Ruffalo, who is white, complains to NBC news that it is pushing out people of color and asks them to stop hiring white conservatives, some of whom may have racist inclinations.
