Katie....    Nothing the government does "trickle" down to tax payers.   This isn't a right vs left.    That shit doesn't happen.   Congress see people making money and wants to take more of it.   Both parties.   So the "trickle down" doesn't happen.    That is the sad part about of elected officials.    They are leeches on citizens.    

 
Just look at the news with now Zuckerberg fleeing CA.   Look at how much a super bowl winning QB needs to pay in taxes for 1 game.   He got a bonus of $178K and has to pay in taxes for that game of $250K (or something like that).     Just because of the tax structure of CA and WA.     See our government is a leech on citizens.
