Clearly, the conservative folks of Charlotte we're not feeling the racism. Only 5.18% of conservatives in the Charlotte primaries voted for Kimberley Paige Barnette. A whopping 88.63% voted for Kenny Smith.  

I'm sure Kenny will win the mayoral race and will work hard to serve the city of Charlotte.

LittleLaffy needs to come a bit harder with the facts on the P&R board or embrace HIS Laffyism. Lol
