Kamala as presidential candidate has had no interviews, no press conferences, no published statement of views, never competed in the 2024 primaries, never got a single delegate, never got a single primary vote.  Today the Democrat machine installed her as their nominee.

Did the public want a chance at picking their candidate? Democrat machine doesn't care.

She's never been impeached, never screwed thousands of middle class workers by filing bankruptcy 4 times, never been indicted, never been found liable of sexual assault, never kissed the asses of dictators, never asked her running mate to break the constitution, etc.

As for the public picking their candidate, you do realize she was on a ticket chosen by the American people or did you forget the 2020 election? We are quite happy with our nominee. Are you having second thoughts about yours? After the week he had, you would be crazy not to.

You can't seriously argue that had the Democrats had an open primary with all interested candidates, they would have picked Kamala. We know from 2020 this is not true. Democrat voters were denied a voice. They been handed no choice.

And the only way we would know if they are all happy is to let them pick the nominee from an open primary, which is now not possible. You only speak for yourself.

It was open to everyone. Guess what Lester? No one wanted to run against her. Did you want Democrats to force someone to compete against Kamala? This question was asked and answer well over a week ago. To paraphrase the answer:
1) Harris was a prosecutor and DA in SF for years.
2) She was elected Attorney General of CA in 2010.
3) She was elected Senator from CA in 2016.
4) She has been VP since 2021.
So that's a record of elected public service nearly two decades.
But you don't care. Because you hate facts and think your opinions are the only "facts" that matters.

As a DA she was "chief of the Career Criminal Division, supervising five other attorneys, where she prosecuted homicide, burglary, robbery, and sexual assault cases – particularly three-strikes cases."
