Both the B-2, and B-52 will carry 2 each of these. The B-2 for a 6,000 mile range, and the B-52 for a 9,000 mile range. With in-flight refueling, target range is unlimited. Longest mission flown so far in a B-52 was a 34 hour bombing mission from Barksdale AFB, LA to Baghdad, and return to BAFB, LA, with a crew of four in the early Desert Storm days.

Israel would most like to have a couple of these, but first, we'd have to sell them a plane big enough to carry it.

Getting off oil would be easy, and could be done in 5 years or less, if we were committed to it. Brazil is already off of oil, and they're still a third world country. Why can't we do the same? We already have electric cars, for fuck's sake.

Re getting off oil, is a nice dream but will take decades to accomplish.  As for the US wanting an excuse to strike and cause a regime change, it would do the opposite.  Even the opposition favors a bomb and if their country is attacked they will, albeit temporarily, rally round the ayatollahs.

Actually, I was only kidding about the Jets.  I prefer the Giants and Yanks but I'm primarily a NY fan and do root for the other teams.  I'll also agree about the Red Sox, mainly because I can't stand their fans.  As for Sunday, we shall see...Nobody gave the Giants much of a chance in Green Bay, either.
PS: I loved the Rams way back when their QB was Roman Gabriel and their top running back was Dickie Bass.  They never could seem to take it to the next level though.

Yea we have electric cars, even electric motorcycles with a 114 miles range. GM said they would build and sell 40,000 Volts this year in the U.S. Now they say they hope to build and sell 40,000 Volts worldwide.

Most of the technical experts estimate it will be 10 years before we really have a decent electric car.

Do you have any idea how much petroleum is used in the manufacture of items we use in our daily lives? Plastics, synthetic fabrics, tires for your electric cars, grease and oil for the bearings/gears in your electric cars, transmission grease for your wind mill electric generators? Grease and oil for everything that has wheels, or rotates, such as jet engines?

Lastly, how do you intend the electricity to be produced to overnight-charge tens of millions of  electric cars? Solar energy, wind energy, lunar energy, lol? What's going to provide power to the electric plug-in recharge stanchions at every supermarket, mall, movie theatre, work place,  parking lot, etc.?

Face it, oil's gonna be around for a LONG time....
