The sequester that Obama is making such doomsday predictions about is all kabuki theater.
There are NO CUTS to present day spending by the out of control federal govt.  The sequester cuts are reductions in GROWTH.  Over a 10 year period.

Too many fat, old and disgusting people dragging down our economy anyway.

Like many other "naturally occurring" disease (like the flu), food poisoning wipes out a fair amount of oldsters each year.

Fact: Medicare is unsustainable. $60 billion+ in unfunded liabilities and getting worse.

Fact: 80% of healthcare costs are eaten up in the last months of life.
