After pleading Not Guilty at his arraignment on Aug 3, he held a press conference to complain, complain, and complain. Trump complained:

A local commentator noted that the motorcade route from Reagan Airport to the Prettyman Courthouse is entirely on highways, roads, depressed arteries, and through tunnels without any views of any "filth and decay" nor any "broken buildings and walls" and no "graffiti." It was just Trump making up stories -- LYING -- about what he did NOT see "driving through Washington DC."

I can't find a full text official court transcript of Judge Upadhyaya's release conditions. The most I could find was based on transcripts of others present in the courtroom. The most complete article I could find is datelined on Thursday, the night BEFORE Trump issued his threat that,
