Ruling that he used a sham address. That's not significant in and of itself because Kennedy was never going to affect the outcome in NY. But the ruling jeopardizes Kennedy's position on the ballot in numerous other states. His entire candidacy could be destroyed. A plus for Harris.

He lives in CA and owns a house there. He created a false address in NY where he never stayed, simply to get on the ballot there. And Fester thinks that's OK.

But I did see something about RFK Jr getting enough signatures to get on the ballot in all 50 states. But who does that hurt more? Trump or Harris?
