"A federal judge has denied a request by the Trump administration for a stay on an order he issued last week — declaring the president’s firing of tens of thousands of probationary employees over the past two months as “unlawful” and choosing to reinstate the workers".

Some will see he is activist judge, others will say his ruling is the rule of law.

What do you all think.

Truly horrific. He was 0-62 in the "election was rigged" big lie so this is just more of the same. The Don does one thing, the courts consistently say no, you are wrong. I have seen this movie a few hundred times in Trump's life and the ending is always the same.

Seems like he is throwing balls at the wall to see what sticks.  These cases if they rule against him could end costing more money than they planned to save.  The folks will get back pay, etc. Also how much damage has been done and how long will it take to recover from firing all these people especially in critical positions.

"The Trump administration was swatted down Monday by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as it attempted to pause a ruling by a federal judge in its probationary mass firings case involving the Office of Personnel and Management and acting OPM director Charles Ezell.".

Trump is TRYING to disrupt the status quo.  That's what draining the swamp is all about, taking back government from the bureaucracy and giving it to we, the people.
